"2 wheels 1 Love"

Last week I get the opportunity to work with the Nashville Area Motorcycle Riders.

Back when I was just a little kid, I've always been fascinated with motorcycles. Especially the sporty looking ones. I never really got into it though. I think they look pretty cool and the sound it makes when the engine roars just sounds pretty awesome! (HA! I'm such a guy)

That night, a really good friend of mine Stacey Phelan, She helped me pull this shoot off bigtime! She's one of the riders and let me tell you, SHE ROCKS! (she's the one in the middle) I met her in one of my commercial classes. My late dear professor / friend Donnie had her model in the class one time and that's where we got introduced.

On the side note, this project idea was originally handed to me by my late professor. He loved riding and always played with fire in photoshoots. That night I get to play with all of the above! I get to move lights around, being around with motorcycles and play with fire! all in one. I actually created a photograph with all of them. I bet I made him proud. The day/night we shot these images was also during his birthday. 07/31.

The shoot's objective was to create an Ad campaign for Motorcycle safety. My idea was to create an environment with as many bikers possible.

It was a challenge building this whole set and planning the lighting and everything! I'm so blessed to have so many creative people around me that helped me make this shoot successful. The bikers were so nice and pretty patient with me as I was putting everything together!

here's 2 of the Ad Campaign images I came up with:

here also a few behind the scene images that were taken of me and the fun shots on the side while shooting these images.

Photo disclaimer: NONE OF THESE IMAGES WERE SHOT IN A PUBLIC AREA. ALL PHOTOGRAPHS WERE TAKEN IN A SECURED PRIVATE PROPERTY AWAY FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE PEOPLE INVOLVED ARE PROFESSIONAL RIDERS. PLEASE DONT TRY THIS AT HOME.
