My Winter with Kiko
This Winter is different. I've spent a lot of time in quiet places. The lake is kind of my thing this winter. Quiet, peaceful, and just a great place to get away. I'd like to share some of the few I've shot in the past 2 weeks. It's been dark and gloomy but that never stopped me to shoot before so why stop now. :)
Oh and I'd also like to formally introduce my landscape photo adventure buddy! Kiko! He's a cute panda I like to carry around with me when I go on these little escapades.
We sit and wait for sunrise and sunsets. I got this cool app on my phone that I use to track where the sun rises and sets so on some days well on most days we will be there to wait for it. This one on the image above, we did wait for the sunset but it was rainy that time and yep we didn't catch a good one this time. but there will always be other days and we will get it then when the weather calms down with all the dark heavy clouds we've been getting lately.
on some days, I get lucky and some people will be around the lake and I get the chance to take somewhat a cool silhouette shots of random people and things in the way.
and that wraps up this little insert of a blog entry I have. I will be sharing more of my Panda Kiko landscape adventures. I can't wait for it to get a little warmer so I can take this to the next level and go kayaking with my buddy Kiko!
