Fitness is something new that I've been into lately. For the last 2 years, I myself, got into the fit lifestyle. I have made big transformation in my own self. During the process, I realized that losing weight and staying fit is more than just changing your diet. It is a change of lifestyle. I have to say that it is not a very easy change but it is also achievable. It took a lot of me to be able to get into it religiously. I have changed so much for the better now and I recently combined my love for photography and my workouts! I am now offering Fitness Photography as part of my specialty. I have studied human anatomy and the art of light to come up with the best photos to offer to my clients!
